Well, from a scientific standpoint it makes sense, as nicotine is in fact a drug and it is the Food and DRUG Administration. Outside of that, I could care less, except under the new law I'm wondering if clove cigarettes will be banned, as it seems they will. I occasionally enjoy a clove, but I could certainly go the rest of my life without having one and be none the worse.

I have extremely mixed feelings on this. Especially as a smoker myself. To be honest, if they start limiting my nicotine? I'll be pretty pissed. (Well, I mean, when I turn 18 I suppose. xD) But I also think if they are going to make marijuana illegal, they should have more of a hold on nicotine. If that makes sense.

It's about time they did this. Cigarette smoke makes me sick, and I have cardiovascular problems, so secondhand smoke is very dangerous for me. I personally wish smoking itself was illegal, but I know that something like that will never happen.

I think that tabacco (and other drugs) should all be completely legal. However, regulations like this or saying where you can use it and if you can grow/produce/sell it sound good. making drugs illegal doesn't stop them. Many of us have used pot, yet in many of the places we reside, it's illegal. Just like during Prohibition (in the 20's when the US government made alcohol illegal) making a substance illegal just cuts the government out of regulating it and getting taxes from it, it doesn't decrease use much if at all, and it also attracts new young users because its a way to rebel because it's illegal.
sorry I got off topic... >_<

PM me any time, ok? I'm always here to help.

What's the second amendment for?
Just in case the government takes away the first.

This is where I feel it should be more where you can smoke instead of what you can smoke. Like, not smoking in public areas unless they have seperate ventilation systems and so forth.

Smoking should be illegal in close rooms
Ex.- like inside a restaurant, or a bar and even at clubs.
It gets too suffocated and people who don't smoke have to leave of get out to get some fresh air.

Everyone is born right-handed. Only the greatest overcome it.
