I'm from Orlando and my dad told me about this. They still hadn't found him when he called, he said that three schools in the area were locked down and that I-4 was closed. They were trying very hard to find this guy and thank goodness they did.

I really hope this doesn't give Hispanics a bad reputation. God Bless the families.

It is so sad to see all these things happen. First, the murders in the cleveland area, then the Texas shootings, now this. What is happening...

I feel for the families. I did find it a bit funny though, when he said he was going through a hard time, and he was sorry, like that excuses the fact that he was killing people. I don't understand this world no more. -_-.

I feel the same way.

I get such mixed feelings about shootings though. It's probably an overdose of my empathy, but it always makes me question who was looking out for the person who shot? And what are the victims like? And all the families and friends involved?

I just don't know. I very much dislike the feelings that come with shootings for me. Especially having lived so close to Columbine and seeing direct effects of that.
