UK trusted news source: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/8430363.stm

The Huffington Post has a slight left bias in reports about Healthcare.
The BBC is neutral.

I think it's good that coverage reaches 31 million more Americans. Yes it comes at a cost of international debt, but most countries have. Welcome to prosperity, it has its price, it's unavoidable. Although if war wasn't being waged in Iraq and Afghanistan, the financial implications of a health reform wouldn't be a big deal at all. Obama has to work with the wars started by the previous administration, he can't be blamed completely for this increase in debt, he's done a good job with what he has to work with. More coverage is of course better for those individuals, what does it matter to the public that a country is in debt? Very little when it comes to developed countries.
Most countries have debt, it's very detrimental to third world countries where things are of course, very different.

Maybe now Obama can now focus on some decent climate and emissions legislation...legally binding that is, nothing else will do.

About time. It's not prefect, but nobody expects it to be. And for now, it will work. We need health care in America, and badly. So this, this will help.

Not a bad post to read on the wee hours of Christmas morning. Hopefully this is the beginning of a long road of much-needed reform.

The atoms that make up you and me were born in the hearts of suns many times greater than ours, and in time our atoms will once again reside amongst the stars. Life is but an idle dalliance of the cosmos, frail, and soon forgotten. We have been set adrift in an ocean whose tides we are only beginning to comprehend and with that maturity has come the realization that we are, at least for now, alone. In that loneliness, it falls to us to shine as brightly as the stars from which we came.

We still do not have a bill signed into law yet because they must agree on the same bill ,and judging by how long it has already taken it could still be a while yet.

Yeah, but republicans, i.e. the ones who made it take this long, are not taking part in the debate. It should take longer

And compassionatesoul, the BBC has a left bias also, by the way they treated Obama during the election, I believe they have a left bias as well...

When it comes to Healthcare they are neither right or left. I checked it out thank you.

Absolutely. Why should women have the right to control what happens inside their bodies?

Often I lie wide awake, thinking of things I could make.
But I donít seem to have the parts to build them.
I am so scared of what will kill me in the end, for I am not prepared.
I hope I will get the chance to be someone, to be human.

Why should I have to pay double school taxes when I don't have any kids that go to school?

I'm not sure if it's exactly double, but around here if you don't have kids you have to pay extra school taxes.

*shrug* I think someone had this train of that, since you didn't have kids, you had extra money that could go to the schools.

Ask govna Patterson. The taxes in NY are so ridiculous it's... well, ridiculous.
