What am I? - May 4th 2012, 03:12 PM

I am confused about myself.... I am what you guess can call a "Christian" but I read tarot, believe in Horoscopes, I can't pray to God in a manly form, I feel more comfortable seeing him as a Female, I believe that Earth has its own power, and When I dream it usually comes true... I dont know what I am.. I believe in Christ, and that he died on the cross for our sins and heaven and hell....

PS: I see, hear, and smell my dead relatives on a daily bases when I relax.... Am I losing my Mind??

Why do you feel the need to be labelled for your beliefs? Is it for ease of conversation? finding like minded people? or what?

First: the Christain God is genderless. "He" is just a common term. Really God is a force beyond what we can fully understand.

Second: Earth does have it's own power. We have free will.

Third: Dreams comming true means nothing. People have abilities to spot warning signs that may manifest in our dreams, but that's simply your subconcious picking up on things before you do. This isn't a "magic power" and it doesn't factor into which religion you are.

Tarrot and Horrorscopes on the other hand are not Christian beliefs, if you honestly believe in them Christians would call this "worshipping false idols" which is one of the ten comandments. So that's where I'm unsure of where to classify you.

Hearing and smelling the dead may actually be a sign of mental illness. Not necessarily "losing your mind", and your brain has the ability to think back and remember smells and voices. However if it's not voluntary it may point to a greater issue, be it high stress or maybe something more serious.

If at any point you begin to SEE these dead people, or think they can be identified by a physical prescense (For example if you hear/smell them from a certain spot in the room.) or you have issues distinguishing the dead from living, seek a phsychologist IMEDIATELY.

If this phenemonea continues for anymore than a month, seek help IMEDIATELY.

As I said, it's more than likely stress, but if the symptoms are long-term or serious, the sooner you get help the more likely you are to fully recover.

I'd say you're simply sixteen and confused. Don't sweat it, enjoy being a kid while you can.

What Toz said.
And most Horoscopes either seem to become true or become true because they're generally typical to the average population, vague, commonplace or falttering. Of course they'll put in a little renegade one every now and again to attempt to throw people off. Easy to see through if you apply this.
