Feeling a change - November 24th 2016, 07:01 PM

First off my apologize if this is in terms wrong area.
I have the urge to write this because I feel like there is going to be a big change in my life.. maybe a change in my spirituality, or my philosophy on Life I'm not sure quite yet.
A lot has changed in my life. I live in an apartment building downtown. I miss the green of my backyard. The birds, the quite, the peace..the fresh air!
I'm really starting to notice just how important nature is to me and my well being. I hate being stuck in this city where it's never quite and there's always lights and people.
My goal is to eventually have a house out in the country, with a nice yard. It could even just be a tiny little house. As long as it has lots of trees and privacy.
For now however I'm stuck here in the city..
I need to find some way to make my life more one with nature..
I don't quite know what I'm going to do yet but I hope I figure something out.
There's definitely a change coming 🌿🌿

Do you have any parks around you? I lived a few hours from Yosemite National Park and I've found it to be really calming to go sit there and just be with nature. I haven't done so in quite some time but this might be a way for you to get closer to nature.

Best of luck.

You just have to find your spot. I used to live in LA, one of the busiest cities in the world, and found an escape at the beach. I'd just go lay in the sand and listen to the waves. We also had a nature center that I'd walk to a waterfall and just sit down for awhile. If you haven't maybe guided visualization could also help? Good luck.
