Will i go to heaven or hell?

Hello my readers!
(Ah always nice to get off to a good start in my eyes)

Now im generaly a good guy at heart...
I am loving and caring for others but will defend someone to the extent of breaking someone's teeth out if i truely had to...
I live a fairly normal life which has never bothered my until i got to about 14 then i started thinking about where will i go when i die???
Now ive got most of the asame interests as most other 15 year old boys...

• Violence
• Comedy
• girls (wink wink)

But the problem is that everything i do makes me feel like i will burn for it...
Now im a strong lad and not many people would dare hurt or even question fighting me but i still fear pain...
I fell like every time ive got a kill on call of duty ive commited a crime...
Every time i laugh at a rude joke that ive offended someone...

This is eating up my brain and making my heart race every time people mention the end of the world as i think "oh crap ive sinned to much im never going to heaven"...
I was christened as a baby and i do belive in a few things in the bible but there are times when i question its word...

Can someone please tell me will i burn in hell for what i am like?
Have i sinned or not?

It makes me feel like crying this subject and i want someone to talk to who understands me...

Sin doesn't exist, sin is actually our human nature. Greed, Lust, Hate, Anger, Gluttony, Sloth are all something that makes us humans, trying to take that away just doesn't work. If heaven and hell do exist, I'd venture a guess that everyone that was ever born is in hell right now. Let's start with this. This, is perhaps the most damning statement a person can give themselves. I do not doubt that you are perhaps "good" when you compare yourself to your own morality, but the reality is that when we are comparing ourselves biblically, none of us are good. In fact, Christ refused to call anyone who thought they were good people. He rebuked them.

Owen, none of us are good. We are when we lower the standards of God, but not when we compare ourselves to the law. Any amount of stumbling is worthy of damnation because it's against a holy and just God. Yet the Bible doesn't just judge us by our actions. It judges us by our heart. Which when our heart is revealed fully, we see that we are only wicked, and continually so.

I do not expect you to understand what I am saying, perhaps mentally, you will get it, and Lord willing, perhaps spiritually you will understand what I am saying. For me, what I am telling you, it took me about 2 years to understand completely, and yet I still don't understand it fully.

First of all, this statement is damning because we are not going to enter Heaven based on our deeds, but on another's, Christ's. Thus it's not dependent on how good you are, but on how good Christ was, and is, and if He is sufficient enough to save those whom He calls His own, those who believe on Him. I ask that you read Romans 1-3 over, and over. Read it once a day, or a chapter a day, even, over and over, until you understand what Paul is saying. But friend, if there is anything that will damn you, it's the sin of self-righteousness. Because this sin keeps you from relying on Christ.

Again, Read Romans 1-3. Understand that Romans 1-3 isn't about someone else. It's about YOU directly. True, it is about others, but the message of damnation in those chapters is about you.

Friend, this is good. I truly believe that God is working in you. He works in everyone in different ways. However, I recall the first time I was opened to how sinful I was, I was depressed. Despondent. I didn't know what to do. I felt like everything had changed. It literally was like the world turned upside down. I used to consider myself very moral, and upright. I considered most people good. But when I realized my sin, wow, it was like the whole world had changed.

You see, in the book of Acts, people before coming to Christ, were always convicted of their sin. Sin isn't something the natural mind understands. In fact, Christ constantly talked about people who hear or see of their sin, but do not understand or perceive their sin. There's a difference. People might think they may understand, or perceive it, but they only hear of it. It does not reach their heart. They do not realize the dreadfulness of it, unless by the Spirit. It's then that what they've heard their whole life actually makes sense. That they want to reform their actions. But BEWARE! Reforming your actions WILL NOT HELP YOU! In fact, it will only lead you to more damnation because you will become more self-righteous!

Baptism does not save you, know does "believ[ing] a few things in the Bible." Only Christ can save. Only His Gospel can save. Nothing else. Look, as long as you have this self-righteousness, you are going to be looking at yourself, the disease, you're going to be wanting to better yourself, you're going to want to DO something to be saved. But you CANNOT do anything to be saved. Only CHRIST can save. But friend, do not worry about your doubts, your doubts are common. In fact, Christ, when He was walking on water, scared His disciples and His disciples were terrified. Christ asked them, "Why do you have no faith?" You see, even His disciples doubted. The apostles. So don't worry about them. They are serious, yes, but there's nothing you can do to fix those doubts. They will get fixed naturally by Christ. As far as sinning too much, this is good. You have sinned to much to ever save yourself. You are going to Hell because of your sin, however, there is a remedy. Christ is that remedy. He died on the cross for our sins, and raised for our justification. Christ is that remedy. He freed us from sin, but He also saved us from the wrath of God for our sins! If you believe this, friend, you're saved. If you do not believe this, you are condemned.

Please, understand, this belief, it's not a believing it happened. It's a trusting. You see, Christ told people who knew He existed to believe in Him. He wasn't saying, "Believe I exist." No! They already KNEW He existed. He was telling them to trust on Him. Trust on Him for salvation. Don't trust on anything you do, don't even trust your trusting, but trust Him and Him alone for salvation. You see, self-righteousness will not trust Him. It will think that you must repent, that you must have some certain amount of faith, all things which are good, but they will not save. Only Christ can save. Only His Gospel. Only His death, only His resurrection. He died for those who believe on Him. Who trust Him. So, if you trust Him, brother, you have God's guarantee that you will escape His wrath because He loves you and payed for your sins on the cross, furthermore that He bought you as a Son, and loves you as a Son.

Everyone has sinned, everyone has fallen short of the glory of God, all are under His wrath, and all who believe are justified by His grace.

When my eyes were opened to my sin, I felt damned forever. I felt that there was no way out. I went to bed having sleep paralysis in the mornings, I'd wake up, thinking I was in hell (because of the heat in our house). I wept to God many times during that period. But it's something all of God's elect go through because it dries up their wells, and it forces them to trust the only thing that will save them: Christ. And unless you go through that period, you will always think you can do something to save yourself.

Please, don't believe these people who will tell you to repent. To be baptized, to take communion, or who tell you to have more faith. Don't trust these people who tell you to say a prayer. But lean on Christ alone, and you're saved. But if you're leaning on your morality, or anything you do to save you, friend, you will be eternally damned.

First: you are a good person. You may make mistakes, but the only truly bad people are the ones who don't care to be good. I know it's easy to be critical of yourself and see only the mistakes, but they are only a minority. If you love and care about the wellbeing of others, then you are a good person.

Second: Humanity is only now beginning to understand the universe. There may be answers to the big matephysical questions about life, but if there are such answers are definitely not to be found in millenia-old myth. Rather than worry that your actions might offend an ancient, patriarchal perversion of morality, worry about what consequences your actions will have in the here and now. Judge for yourself whether your actions will help people or hurt them, and if you're unsure ask for guidance from people you trust. That is the road to being a good person. No myths, no prayer, no confession; simply a choice between kindness and cruelty. As a good person, you'll probably find it an easy choice to make.

Fearing pain is an evolutionary feature. If you don't fear pain, you're not going to have a fun life because you'd eventually be in such poor shape you wouldn't live a long life. Even people who cannot physically feel pain, such as people with CIP or CIPA (neurobiological disorders) fear getting injured because the fact they cannot feel it means they can tear their cornea out and not feel it.

If you keep worrying whether you'll go to hell or heaven, you'll miss the here-and-now. Whenever someone says the world will end on a particular day, it's horseshit as you might as well pick a day from a hat at random. Each time you keep worrying about this, it's showing that you don't value the present as much as you do about the afterlife. There's thousands of ideas of what happens in the afterlife, assuming there is one but there's no speculation as to whether the present exists.

Being dunked in water as a baby by a person in special clothing doesn't make you immune to going to hell and ensuring you'll go to heaven. I consider it an event that brings some closure to the parents so they know their child was christened, even though it doesn't truly matter.

It's good you question the bible because that's how you will learn. You need not believe it at all but you still can learn. I personally don't place any value in the bible when it comes to the hocus-pocus fancy magic horseshit which I summarize as nonsense, however, it may have some historical relevance at certain parts of it. I still question the hocus-pocus fancy magic horseshit because it's a way to learn about one of the most common belief systems in the world and may provide a glimpse into history. You need not have the same motive for questioning the bible as I do, that's perfectly fine but feel free to question as it's a way to learn.

This all comes down to whether you believe in a) hell, b) heaven, c) the Christian god, d) the bible and e) the idea of sin. You have to answer all 5 of these for yourself first but you've indicated you believe in bits and pieces of the bible. This begs the question, which pieces do you believe in and why?

My view is hell and heaven are both fairy-tale places but the fact you're a good person, to me, means you won't suffer in any afterlife. The bible says we've all sinned, from birth we've sinned but my view is that's a perverted blood-thirsty, insecure, vain concept of a particular god's way of ruling the universe. Confessions may be good to get something off one's chest but doesn't serve any purpose beyond that. Prayers are a waste of time, it's mindless to kneel down before a wall and literally beg to the ceiling, hoping that an unjust god who has already planned your life will even care to change your life. If your life is set, then praying is a waste of time, rather if you want something, go do it as best you can.

I believe all humans have varying degrees of irrationality, so it's a question of whether you're irrational like the average person or more irrational and delusional to the point of believing an ancient book holds the words of a god that has already decided whether to toss your in the oven or into his palace.

But lean on Christ alone, and you're saved. But if you're leaning on your morality, or anything you do to save you, friend, you will be eternally damned.

No one can tell you whether or not you are going to Heaven or Hell. Sure, they think they have the power or the knowledge to tell you so, but the only person who decides this is God. I wouldn't ask anyone this question except God. I would pray to Him to give you the strength to be a good person and to find your way to Heaven. But don't rely on others to determine your fate.

If I were to believe in God etc. (which I don't) I feel the most logical, and hopefully true, explanation would be thus:

Hell exists and it is possible to get to it, but you have to be so absolutely evil that very few bar none are in it.

That's just my interpretation though.

You need to define your beliefs...what religion are you? if you can answer that, then odds are they hav an idea of what determines ur afterlife. you just need to look it up. First of all... No one but God can tell you whether you will go to Heaven or Hell. It's not our place to judge you.
However, I will tell you this: Everyone has sinned. Everyone makes mistakes. Most of the time, it's not big stuff and we just screw up sometimes. No one is perfect and you are certainly no exception.
Also remember this: God loves you and He forgives your sins. The big thing is that when you ask for forgiveness of your sins, that you are truly sorry and that you will try hard to do better. Sure, you may mess up again, but if you're genuinely sorry and will try harder, there's no reason why God wouldn't forgive you.
Heaven is not a place for those who make mistakes... We ALL do. It's important that when you do, you acknowledge it and genuinely try to do better the next time around.
Hell is a place for those who turn completely away from God with no intention of coming back to Him.
