Paganism, Wicca, and Witchcraft

So recently I've been really looking for a religion that's much more spiritual and not really monotheistic. I'm very interested in Paganism now, specifically Wicca. I'm also very interested in Witchcraft, and though it's probably something I wouldn't end up following as much I'd still like to research that too. If anyone has any websites, books, youtube videos, etc. that they'd like to recommend I'd really like to take a look at them.

Also, if anyone is a Pagan (again, I'm most interested in Wicca and Witchcraft at the moment but any Pagan religion is completely new to me so I'm open to anything) and is willing to teach me I'd really appreciate it. You can PM me anytime and I may not follow every belief you hold but I'm certainly open to everything with absolutely no judgement.

Just a heads up though, you'll have to be quite patient because I'm 15 years old and everything about this is still very new to me, but from what I've learned so far it sound like Wicca may be a religion that I finally wish to follow.

Hey Kayla.

Quite a few people, when moving away from traditional monotheistic religions, find themselves drawn to a pagan path - and, yes, I'm speaking from experience.

There are many people on here who identify as pagan, in one form or another. The most obvious example would be Lizzie (the Project Advisor), who's actually given advice to more than one of us here. Other ones I can think of include Nick (Sythan), Jen (jenpiglet17), and Casey (Casey.). Some of them will probably comment here.

I'm still new to this path myself - I've only been following it for a year, so I'm by no means an expert - but I'm always willing to share my beliefs and experiences with others. Most of us here are quite open to questions and curiosity, and I know I'd have no problem if you PMed me about it.

There are plenty of really good sites and books, but it really depends on what you are looking for specifically. Many of us, as Chess has said, are Wiccan or Pagan. Lizzie is a great resource for getting started, too. I'll send you a PM in a moment with a list of good websites to check. Good luck in your research, whether you decide to follow a path like ours or to choose your own path.

Old style, original, before Christianity Satanism was one of the original Pagan religions. No one believes it, but it's a suggestion. Most Satanists are modern ones these days anyway, or those creepy goth kids looking for attention. Yay devil worshippers.

My mother is pagan, and is happy with it. There are many books, just go to any local bookshop and even chains. Many websites and stuff as well. I couldn't do it myself, religion in general is too out there for me, monotheistic or polytheistic, but whatever makes you happy!
