Hi guys,
I'm new here, I've already posted on some other categories but I just thought I'd introduce myself here  My reason for coming is basically cos I've just been really down recently :\ I used to be on antidepressants but took myself off them for a number of reasons a few months ago and I thought I was over it cos I felt fine for a while afterwards, but unfortunately (and probably inevitably) it's come back with a vengeance  I'm just feeling really isolated and misunderstood at the moment, so any interaction can only be a good thing, so feel free to chat or message
