Sorry - March 1st 2018, 11:33 AM

If you have missed me the past two weeks, then I apologize. I was inpatient at the local hospital in their mental health ward.

I'm feeling better now though! Come to find out my medicine stopped working correctly, so they put me on something new and are tapering off the medicine I'm currently on.

Resilient
1. (of a person or animal) able to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions.
2. (of a substance or object) able to recoil or spring back into shape after bending, stretching, or being compressed.

We all possess resilience, we just need to realize it.

Must have been all that gluten, you know?

Seriously, though. I'm so happy to hear you're feeling better now. It can be difficult to do what's best for your mental well-being and safety, so you should be proud of yourself for that. I hope this new medication helps you get to a good point again and that you don't have any problem while tapering off the old one. Sending a lot of positive vibes your way for things to keep looking up!

However, maybe take a break from the gluten in the meantime.

“There is nothing beautiful about the wreckage of a human being.
There is nothing pretty about damage, about pain, about heartache.
What is beautiful is their strength, their resilience, their fortitude
as they display an ocean of courage when they pick through the
wreckage of their life to build something beautiful brand new,
against every odd that is stacked against them.” — Nikita Gill
