I'm sure no one remembers me. I'm not sure why this account says I just joined, and reset my whole post count...I've been around since August 2007 and used to be a Live Help operator. Anyways, it's good to be back!

Hey Cody, welcome back to TeenHelp. My name is also Cody and I'm a Buddy =]
If you haven't been around since before December 2008, then the reason all your information is reset is that we had a major crash around Christmas 2008. All site data was lost and we had to rebuild from scratch. We've come a long way since then though and really bounced back. If you want to know about the 'reset' in a bit more detail, you can read this month's issue of Avatar. ~Cody
