Selfish addictions. - June 2nd 2015, 08:26 PM

My addictions are
a cycle of picking and choosing.
Trying to manage the unmanageable.
In my world every second is a
moment of pleasure.
Everything is done as expected.
all a race of time.
My mind seems to have
issues with either
time relapse and memory loss.
Each time feels like a echo of the first time,
but better.
A redo of pain or excitement or sadness or joy or fear.
My addictions pick what
I choose to feel.
It is perfect.
it is hell.
Its is a blind road to nothing but itself.
My addictions are selfish.

Due to things such as the formatting of this post, I thought that this was more of a poem than it was asking for advice and therefore I moved it to Self Expression. If you have any questions or if I was incorrect about this, please let me know!

You do express yourself well though!

This is easy to relate to! I can really relate to this part:

Quote:
My mind seems to have
issues with either
time relapse and memory loss.
Each time feels like a echo of the first time,
but better.

The wild woman has
a deep love of nature,
a love for the ancient mother,
though possibly misunderstood,
it has always been her.
When she goes into
the wilderness
a part
of her soul is going home.
