Scars.
My silent plea for help.
My beautiful scars.
The reminder that I'm,
No good,
A tiny piece,
Unloved.
Why are you so close minded?
You caused these scars.
With your words, like knives.
Staring at me like I'm an animal.
What'd I do wrong?
To make you hate me,
Bully me.
I guess I'm just not good enough for you.
I'll never be good enough for you.
My plea.
My reminder.
Of you.

I love you.... I wish you'd love me too...

Hey Kiki, this is a really powerful poem. I particularly liked this part:

Quote:
Staring at me like I'm an animal.
What'd I do wrong?
I can relate; I know I've felt like that before. I love your word choice throughout the whole poem!

Keep writing!

I really loved this. I could feel the emotion and had a picture in my mind.

Sing, the last thing on your mind
The last word on your breath
I'll be the one to keep you
I'll keep you at your best
