A poem I wrote for my family (Those Whom Love Me the Most -

I have hurt my family
Those whom love me the most They continue to love me Even through my worst But when I think about what they have done They have stuck around When many would've gone I could thank them But I don't have the voice Because it seems that then My tears spill without choice I have no heart, it seems Just a selfish young mind And plenty of dreams To careless to be kind I want to know why, Why I am so cruel When I don't even try I just shout at my family I hurt those whom love me the most They will always love me Even through my worst So please let me be fair Let me show them Just how much I care And maybe then I will stop paining my family Stop hurting those whom love me the most They will always love me But it won't always be at my worst. |

I like this. I like the way it ends, 'it won't always be at my worst'. Rings true to me. Thank you for sharing.
