Moisturizer. But, those little red bumps are just razor burn, and nothing that is going to harm you. When you begin shaving, it's natural to have these, since your body isn't used to having no hair down there. When you shave again (and make sure you give yourself enough allotted time for it to come back or it can be painful to shave again), make sure you shave in the direction the hair is growing. It lowers the chance of you having that razor burn.

Hey

I always shave and have no problem with it! I also use general soap - which many say you shouldn't but it works well enough for me!

As Shannon said always shave in the direction the hair is growing in - to avoid ingrown hairs!
You can also buy other hair removal things like "Veet" - for sensitive skin :')

So, you could perhaps try some sensitive skin shaving/hair removal products in the future?

But to get rid of the bumps now, use a a scent & alcohol free moisturiser :')

I use conditioner to shave my "down there" It works good for keeping it soft, and it is still easy to see what I'm doing without bubbles or shaving cream. As for your "little red bumps" if you don't want to buy the expensive lotion, I use sugar. Just regular white sugar. Yes, the kind you find in your kitchen. Rub a little down there, then rinse. Good luck.

It's normal to get those bumps when you first start shaving. As others said, to prevent them in the future you can try using soap and/or shaving cream.
