13 is still very young and boys don't start developing until later on. wait until around 15 and if there's still no growth then you might want to see a doctor.
you should talk to a doctor now if you're really concerned but i'd say that's okay for 13.

i have two younger brothers and have unfortunately overheard some penis conversations. so going off of the things they say, i think you're fine.

i don't know what i'm supposed to do

Like Jess said, 13 is still pretty young and most growth doesn't start til a little bit later. If you are still a little worried, you can see about talking to your parents about it, or again like Jess said, a doctor.

I definitely wouldn't be worried about it right now, though!

Hey,

I agree with everything that was said. I also wanted to add that in some instances it can take a person longer to reach puberty than others. I have two older brothers and both of them developed/reached puberty at different times and ages. They also had a friend who hit puberty quite late ...I believe he was 16 or 17 (junior year) and I remember over hearing conversations about how the friend felt etc.

So, if you don't end up developing more it might not be anything to worry about. You would be fine to talk to a doctor now or later but it's always important to remember that even just because others around you might start growing and experiencing changes does not mean there is something wrong or that you won't get there too.

Best regards.
