It sounds like you are dealing with a lot of things right now. It can be difficult when you don't enjoy sex. I think that if you went into a doctor they might be able to help you figure out how to get to a place where sex doesn't hurt quite as much. I know talking to a doctor might be difficult but I think that it might be worth it to try.

Best regards.

Hey there,

If you haven't been having sex for long, it may just be a case of seeing how things are after a few more tries. The first few times are often a bit painful for girls.

Are you doing plenty of foreplay? You may just need a little more time to get aroused and ready. So if you guys are rushing into sex, a bit more foreplay might help

If your partner is very large downstairs this may also be causing your problem. I sadly wouldn't know what to suggest if that is the case though.

However, if none of these things are the cause I'd suggest talking to a doctor. It might be a bit embarassing but remember that doctors speak to all sorts of people about all sorts of problems every day. They are trained to deal with these things and to them, private bits are just another part of the body, and sex just a regular part of life. It's possible that you are suffering with vaginismus, a condition which makes your muscles clamp up every time penetration is attempted due to a fear of it. If this is the problem, your doctor can recommend counselling to help you manage your feelings about penetration, and suggest exercises to gradually get you used to being penetrated.

Hope this helps.
