Sore chest - October 27th 2018, 08:13 AM

So I would like to start off by saying my breast have never been sensitive or sore, not even when I am on my period. With that said for the last week I have noticed both of my breast have been really sore, to the point I have to wear some type of bra 24/7 for them not to constantly hurt. If I just brush them or something hardly touches them they hurt. Also another thing is my nipples have never stood out even when I was cold and for the last week they have and if I'm not wearing a bra you can see the nipples.

I would also appreciate it if you didn't suggest going to the Drs. because I hate talking about this stuff and hate anyone looking at my chest naked. If it continues is a month I will probably end up going. Also I know it's not due to my periods or whatever since I have been having a period every other week for two months but I haven't had one this week when if it stays as it has been should have happened.

I'm just wondering if this could mean something really wrong, or maybe my chest is starting to get sensitive now(and I'm just late in this aspect, considering when I masturbated and touched my chest it did nothing I didn't feel pleasure or anything just felt like a normal touch). Any advice or ideas are appreciated thank you.

I know you said not to suggest it, but I have to; go see a doctor. If your having your period every other week and your breasts hurt, that's not exactly what I'd call typical and should really be checked out by a professional. No one likes going to the doctor and no one likes having their breasts and vagina touched by someone we barely know even if it's a medical professional, especially for those of us who have anxiety, but for the sake of your own health and making sure you're going to be ok, you really have to go. It could just be a hormonal imbalance that they can settle out or maybe you have some kind of, I dunno, a thing that can be resolved. So many of my friends have had issues that get worked out real quick just by addressing it with birth control or a quick non-invasive procedure and their fine, so please don't be scared but still take it seriously.

Re: Sore chest - October 30th 2018, 01:38 AM

I did some quick research and here's what I found:

Short periods can be cause by stress, extreme weight gain or loss, lack of ovulation, illness, birth control or something serious.

Sore breasts can be caused by hormone changes, birth control, bra is too tight, body doesn't like some sort of medication, or in rare cases, something serious.

When you can, do see a doctor, just in case it is serious. Hopefully you can rule out a few obvious things like illness or weight changes.

My best guess is Hormone Change but I'm no expert and not sure if it commonly happens at 27.

Re: Sore chest - October 30th 2018, 05:10 AM

we think its because I'm going braless a lot and I usually always wear some type of one since my breast are huge. My grandma also agrees and I see no reason to go to the Dr.

So please close this thank you.
