Unhappy Nudes? - February 3rd 2019, 11:17 PM

This thread has been labeled as non-PG13 by the original poster or by a Moderator. The contents of this thread might therefore not be suitable for younger users. Please take this into consideration before continuing to read.

So long story short, I'm gay and a guy has messaged me about like sending nudes and stuff and like idk I was kinda horny so like we both like send pics and now I'm just seriously anxious that he somehow has them. I also think he wants it to be a regular thing. Are there any polite ways I could like turn him down if he tries again.

Hi there, welcome to TeenHelp and thank you for reaching out!

Do you know this person who messaged you asking you for the pictures? If this was through a platform such as Omegle, you want to be very careful about it. You also say that you're worried he might have the pictures. The thing is, if he does and he lives in a jurisdiction where the age of consent is higher than 16, he could be in possession of child pornography. I know the age of consent is 16 in the UK, but the law always applies to the juridisiction the person in possession is in.

If you don't feel comfortable sharing any more pictures—and you shouldn't if he is in a jurisdicition where the age of consent is over 16—then tell him that you would prefer not to and ask him to delete the pictures.

I'm sorry this has happened to you. If you ever need to reach out again, don't hesitate to do so.

Take care.
