Information about Masterbating - October 5th 2009, 02:53 AM

Okay, I'm just going to first say that I know you can't give any advice on masterbating on this site and that "google is my friend," but I've tried searching all around and am having some issues finding the answers to some technical problems.

I feel embarrassed saying this, but I'm 18 and I haven't ever masterbated.
yes, I took health, but I have no idea where my clit is and though I've tried to find it, I can't seem to locate it :/ (embarrassing...)

I'm also really hesitant about sticking objects and even fingers into my vagina. I was just wondering how far you go before your hymn breaks? My boyfriend did that, but didn't go very far and to be honesst, it didn't really feel like anything, though that might have been because I was very tight.

So, generally speaking, how far in can I go? and where exactly is you clit?
If those are appropriate enough, thanks for the responses

Well, for visual help look to http://www.medical-look.com/systems_...gina_large.jpg

The clitoris is in a hooded area that looks kind of like a golf hole? I'm trying to think of generic terms :/

(sorry, it's the same as me saying "go google it")

and as for how far you can go inside the vagina (without breaking the hymen)
...This one is kind of tricky for me.
Don't be too scared to try out different things because if your hymen is still intact, you will most likely be able to feel the pressure without breaking it.

Heya!

I'm going to go ahead and move this to the non-PG13 section for starters. It's just kind of bordering on how detailed we can get while staying within the rules and so forth. Just want to be safe! And since you're over 16, this shouldn't be any sort of issue for you.

So, here's the deal. Masterbating for females in my opinion is a lot harder than masterbating for males. Don't worry! It takes a long time to figure it out. It's hard, every female is so different. Don't worry about your age, how much you've masterbated or anything of that sort.

The best way I can describe finding your clitoris is to start feeling around. Some people don't find as much pleasure from the clit as others, this could be why you're having trouble finding it. The other thing is, it's not really near the vagina in my opinion, for some girls it is, but usually it's not 'right' next to it. Definitely try feeling 'up' more so to speak. Grab a handheld mirror and lay down on your bed with your legs apart. Then you can really see where things are and it helps be able to find things, which makes for better masterbation.

You can insert things pretty far before you break your hymen, and as long as nothing is getting stuck up there, you should be fine. Obviously don't use anything sharp and avoid spongy things. Your hymen can break for a number of reasons, your hymen breaking does not mean you're suddenly not a virgin. Sometimes your hymen can break just by jumping around, horseback riding, or whatever. If you're afraid to put anything in your vagina, then don't. It's not necessary to masterbate really, especially if you can find your clitoris.

Really, I know you don't want to hear it, but Google is amazing (I can admit to searching beore myself) for finding how to masterbate. Search "female masterbation tecniques" or something of that sort. Just keep searching!

Best of luck!
Maria.
