huge problem with putting on condom -

ok so basically i have the worst life
 6 months ago about to lose my virginity to someone i actually love sounds good? No. I attempted putting on a condom. I was clear on how to put a condom, however i was unsure how its supposed to fit, or how to take it off....if it feels really tight. Anyways i got it (kind of forced it) about halfway down my shaft and realized it was really really tight. so i panicked tried to roll it back up. it wouldn't come up, took it from the top and pulled it off after like 5 mins of having a 3/4 erection. the next 2 days i couldn't get an erection. and now my penis looks sooo deformed when im becoming erect, there is less sensation and it looks as if my penis goes from thick at the bottom thinner and thinner as you go up. It takes forever for me to get erect now  . Am i going to be like this forever? Is there anything i can do to fix it?

I would advise seeing a doctor 0.o
And also, try a differerent brand of condom next time. If you're a bigger size, check out Trojan if you're in the US or Ansell if you're in AU/NZ Happy to talk about anything and everything.
