Don't be embarressed by this sort of thing as it is completely normal to be curious. Obviously you don't have to answer the boys questions if you dont want to - but here is the info I think your looking for...

When a girl 'cums' it is because she has had an orgasm. An orgasm is a sudden relase of pleasure that happens when a girl is being aroused or pleasured either by herself or another person.

Girls can also get 'wet' when they are aroused (or turned on). This is basically the girls body preparing her for sexual intercourse - but don't worry if this happens, it doesn't mean you have to do anything!

Not all girls can orgasm, so not all girls can 'cum', but the majority of younger women do find that they 'dribble' more than they 'squirt' when they do 'cum'.

When girls 'squirt' it is often because of a special spot within her vaginal wall that has been stimulated or aroused - many girls find it hard to squirt :]

Like Claire says its based on the orgasm.

When turned on you do become "wet".
But when you do cum most just "dribble".
There are some girls that can squirt or it depends on the situation.
Such as when it's just forced out.

well first of all...if you cum you know it =P you just do. also, some girls can squirt when they orgasm and some dont. its actually pretty uncommon to squirt i believe but it does happen
