Bleeding more than usual -
April 10th 2011, 09:21 PM
I'm on my period right now and I'm bleeding quite a bit more than usual :/ I'm also feeling tired/worn out. I woke up this morning feeling light headed and sick. I don't know if this is anything to worry about or not.

Just sounds like typical pmt symptoms to me. I've also felt sick/nauseous while on my period. Not all periods are the same each month, sometimes they're heavier or lighter than normal, or your breasts may feel more sensitive sometimes. What I'm trying to say is don't worry, if you're feeling a little rough just relax, take a hot bath, eat fruit and chocolate (chocolate just to make you feel better ) and take it easy for a while.
I don't know how true this is, but I heard that sometimes the ovaries release 2 eggs instead of just one which may be a reason why your period is heavier. Just some food for thought there.
