I don't know what you're really asking right now, but I suppose congrats? I recommend pads, because to me they're more comfortable. Though some people prefer tampons because they feel like nothing is there. It's advised if you plan on going swimming this week. PMS kind of sucks. If you're having cramps, take a hot bath and take some Midol, or pain relief. That can really take the edge off of your pain. As far as mood goes, try to do things that make you happy. I know I get a little emotional come time for my period. However, every girl is different. Your experience with PMS/Period may not be the same as another girl. Your period should last about a week. Give or take. Anyhow, hope this helped.
