Female Advice Preferred: How do you "clean up" down there?

I'm just curious to know how most girls shave their pubic hair. Do you go get waxed or shave with a razor or something?

You could really do either one. Waxing is more painful but has better results. It will last longer and you won't have razor stubble.
If you shave, you're more likely to get razor stubble and it will come back fast.
Its really up to personal preference.

I want to add too that waxing isn't the worst pain you've ever experienced. Every woman is different. I heard enough horror stories that I literally came out of the wax saying "that was it? " It was particularly painful in one area, but other than that, it was mostly uncomfortable. You're smoother and last smoother longer, and you can get serums that help prevent ingrown hairs, so I much prefer it to shaving.

For me, I prefer shaving, but you could either wax or shave. Waxing has better results, but shaving is generally cheaper than getting waxed. Shaving could give you great results if you know how to do it properly like shaving in the direction the hair grows, using warm/hot water so the hair folicles open up making it easier for the hair to be removed, and using a decent shaving cream & razor.

It's easier and cheaper then I imagine waxing to be, I don't think I could do it myself and I'd be too embarrassed to go get it done by someone.

I shave with a razor, at least twice a week. This prevents razor burn along with using shaving cream & stuff.

I shave with a razor, but you don't have to shave. Most men do not really care, it's more about keeping clean than about the hair so as long as you stay clean, it doesn't really matter.

I shave with a razor, but I am thinking about starting to wax. It's more efficient and will last longer than two days, which is about how long I have before it starts to get prickly down there again. I just don't want the hassle, and I want a smoother feel.
