I think you should bring it up, I'm always one for telling my boyfriend everything about me.

It's not weird; it's just a personal preference of yours. For me, I just have a general dislike for feet, so I'd probably be creeped out if my boyfriend tried this on me...HOWEVER, that doesn't mean EVERY girl is going to be like this. You just need to find a girl who won't mind, and if you end up getting into a serious relationship with someone that turns intimate you might want to fill them in on your fetish.

Yes, this is very common as others have said - but some girls aren't into that. Personally unless you have dated the girl long (or atleast know she wont get weirded out), then I would say something. But On a first date - or when you first go out with someone, I wouldn't mention this.

My boyfriend has a bit of a foot fetish, and while I was a little unnerved by it at first, I'm completely fine with it now. I strongly dislike feet, so that's why it took some getting used to for me; there are, as this thread indicates, many who will be completely fine with it from the get-go. Foot fetishes are probably one of the most common, if not the most common, fetish out there. While some people will dislike that, there are also plenty of people who wouldn't mind it, and even those that would love it. It's just all about finding the right person to share it with.

I don't encourage hiding something this important for a partner. If someone truly has a fetish or some sexual need that they need filled in a relationship, it is detrimental to compromise it for the sake of the relationship. The person will only end up feeling unfulfilled. So don't waste your time being with someone that doesn't like it. There are plenty of others out there that do, and that will still be compatible with you.

It's perfectly normal. But you don't need to bring it up at the first date or anything. I think the best time to tell a girl would be when you got into a sexual situation where you wanted to act on it. Then you tell her what you'd like to try and she says yes or no. Simple. If she stops liking you over it then she's definitely not worth it. Most girls would probably be fine with it.
