An inverted nipple is usually not of any medical concern as such. For most girls, it is only a cosmetic thing, and, you can for the most part have a peace of mind of it. However, the nipple inversion can also be a symptom of some medical conditions. If a nipple that was an "outie" suddenly inverts, this along other symptoms such as itching and pain may be a sign of inflammatory breast cancer. This is only if it suddenly becomes inverted after first being erect (everted). This could be one symptom of breast abscess, mastitis, mammary duct ectasia, or even inflammatory breast cancer. So, in that type of situation you want to see a doctor.

Your breasts may be growing. My breasts, especially my nipples, were very sensitive while my breasts were growing. So I wouldn't worry about it too much. If it starts getting worse, consider seeing a doctor, but it may just be your boobies gettin' bigger.

I agree; your breasts are probably just growing still, especially if there is a constant soreness (however, you may also get sore around the time of your period, too). Inverted nipples can correct themselves as the breasts continue to fill out, but even if they don't it doesn't mean anything is necessarily wrong with you.

Even though your breasts probably first developed earlier in your life, they will continue to grow and change, even if only slightly at times, throughout puberty. Some women still experience changes in cup size in their 20's. Personally, when I was about your age, I suddenly jumped from a B-cup to a DD-cup. It's probably that you're just growing, so I wouldn't worry too much. It can be painful at times, but if it's excruciating or doesn't stop after a few weeks, then I would go visit your doctor, just to go make sure nothing's wrong, as it's better safe than sorry.
Take care!

Its just growing pains. I still get them in my chest from time to time, but I've started getting them in my legs now. The pain should fade with time as your body stops growing. Don't worry it's completely normal, but if it does get too hard to handle consult a doctor and s/he will be able to perscribe you something for the pain.
