hey der i need help with an issue of mine...
I dont know if this is silly or stupid coz its smthng natural... But i dont like to masturbate everytime... Or have sex with my gf... But i get tempted a lot... N i wil b wanting for more... Like in a situation i was feeling to have sex wid my gf... Dat time i was so much in a mood dat i masturbated... N den aft i completed it i lost dat mood to have sex or masturbate n create more pleasure... I jst wana get rid of dis desperateness... I dnt wana dis sex or masturbation thing to rule over me... Im not able to control my self n i get attracted towards des thngs... Hw do i get out of it... I dnt wana masturbate n help myself... I dnt wan des thngs to lead towards sex... What can i do to stop myself...???? |

It's completely natural for you to be feeling sexual urges. Unfortunately, it can be hard to control them at times.
You may not like to masturbate, but to be completely honest it's the best way to take your mind off the sexual tension you're having. It's natural, pretty much all guys do it. It's just a way to relieve the tension and pressure of those sexual urges.   Though you may sleep through half the day, I know I'm in your heart even as you snore away. Dude, masturbation does not necessarily lead to sex. Guys masturbate to relieve the urge for sex, just as you described.
But it sounds like you're looking for ways to stop the urge to masturbate AND/OR have sex. I'm only 14 so I'm probably pretty normal for a guy that age and want to tell you if it wasn't for sports, social activities with friends, and other interests, I'd be masturbating non- stop. I'm told the urges will not go away, and that when we're older we will be glad for that. But for now, I don't try to control the urges as much as I try to have control over when I do something about making them go away for awhile. Since I'm not sexually active, that means masturbation, but as it fits into all the other things in my life, not fitting my life around releasing the urge.
