Anti-stress nudity -

Lately, I've been getting nude indoors, convinced it's "Anti stress", part of me thinks that this could be bad and the other claims it's good for me, my mind Is like in its a war, I'm not sure what to do, and videogaming and reading are some minor hobbies, but I need to know that If the nudity will get me in the backside in the future, or if it would be better to just get my mind off it and increase other hobbies and try to forget? Cause the same thing happened less seriously years back, and now the nudity wishes and daydreaming have come back to haunt me.

you were born naked, i say go for it! just make sure to cover up when you arent "alone" cuz most ppl see it as rude or bad.

If you're not around others and nobody would see you, then that's fine! If it relieves your stress, then what's the harm in it if it's not harming you or others? Just be careful if there are other people around, or it could get quite awkward.

I tend to agree. Nudity is a natural, normal thing (even though people indeed act as though it's the worst thing ever when you revert to your natural state). I don't see any reason that being naked would be harmful, unless your house is a scale model of Antarctica or something.

I don't think there's anything wrong with it at all, as long as there's no one around to see you naked. That would get pretty awkward.

If you're by yourself...why not? I live in a very hot area, and in my own dorm room, I often do my homework in just a tank top and undies.
 I also sleep naked a lot, I feel like it's more freeing, and refreshing, and recently I found out it's actually good for your genital health to get it away from the high heated, high moisture areas, especially men for testicular health. So let them hang every once in a while! If you're alone, or around people you trust, I don't see a problem with this at all. If you go in a protected back yard, remember to wear sun screen.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with nudity. I don't know anything about its properties in regards to stress relief, but if it works for you, then do it. It's good to feel comfortable in your skin. Like others said, just be sure you are clothed at appropriate times.

Nudity is fine. My brother happens to go around in just underwear. If I had the home alone to myself more often (and my favorite hang out doesn't have big windows) I would do it more often. I like going around in underwear and a shirt usually, sometimes on weekends thats how I spend my day (unless I put on shorts)
