Since I found out I wasn't pregnant and all I had was another infection I started taking vitex which is supposed to help with fertility. Does anybody know how long it takes to get in your system to work properly the bottle is 500mgs as well and I don't know if I take one like the bottle says or like other people have done 2, 3x's a day?
I do have other questions with fertility if anybody can help. Is there anything else I can do? I've stopped eating products with refined sugar and peas (like I was told to do), I try to be a bit more active, only drink water, and have folic acid of course when done with innercourse i do lay with my legs elevated for 20 minutes. Any other suggestions? You can't live a positive life with a negative mind and if you have a positive outcome you have a positive income and just to have more positivity and just to kind of laugh it off. ~ Miley Cyrus   |

have you tried an ovulation kit?

charting, ovulation tests, read books honestly, become educated about your body to the point where you know when you ovulate and can pinpoint it. Then if that doesn't work,,,give up, thats when most people ttc end up conceiving. When the just RELAX and enjoy their partner. You have more of a chance conceiving if you orgasm after he does also, so when he is done, tell him to put his hands to work and make you orgasm
