line disappearing? -
July 18th 2010, 12:03 AM
went to the doctors thinking it would be the best place and i took a test. She came back a couple of minutes later and said she has took two and the line disappeared, but i was too shocked to ask questions but im starting to regret it
If it was a negative test she would of told me but i Googled it and they all say the the positives do that. Im so confused. Anyone had a disappearing test and what where the results? |

Well, usually if it disappears within the time limit that's a negative. Just call the doctor's office and ask them.

that's just another reason I love you... ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I've never heard of the line disappearing. I thought it either showed up or didn't. That sounds inconclusive to me honestly, but I don't really know. You should definitely phone the doctor and ask for the results again, or just go to a walk in clinic and get a new test done.

Everything that the other posters have said I agree with. Call the doctor's office and ask for an explanation. The doctor should have made absolutely clear the results of your test. After that, I would get another test done somewhere else, or at least by a different doctor; it's not a sign in her favor that she didn't even tell you what was going on.
