just found out i think me gf is preg - we done 2 tests n both r +ve n she 3 weeks late. we r both 15 so she underage n when we saw her rents last nite her dad sed he gonna get cops on me n get me sent to juvi -how long would i get coz i want to be around for her n stuff
 i really scared |

the only way they could get you in trouble is if she claimed you raped her. And even still they would have to prove it. I very highly doubt you will get arrested. Her parents are probably just upset and said it out of anger.

Technically, you're parents could do the same to her since you're both underage.
Anyway, like the poster above said unless she claims you raped her then you won't get in that much trouble for it and it's unlikely you'll go to jail for it.  |

The only way you could go to jail is a. It is proven that you raped her b. You are over sixteen. You should be fine.

Considering you are both the same age, it's very unlikely that he could follow through on his threat. If you were older than her, it could be considered statutory rape. And trust me, there are plenty of underage kids who have sex, and I've yet to hear a single case of one being sent to jail for it.
Also, I think it's great that you want to be there for your girlfriend. So many guys would have just left. Hopefully her dad will realise that you are a great guy soon. If he does, have your parents do the same to her. Then most likely all charges will be dropped because it is ludicris

As everyone else said, since you are both the same age (and underage), your parents could charge her equally. Perhaps you could even ask your parents to talk to hers so it can stay out of the court system (if possible). While technically she can't legally consent to having sex, you can't either, and you are both under 16 years old.
Try and stay calm about the whole situation  Everything will work out and it's VERY unlikely you would go to jail (practically no chance).
