Boyfriends hookup might be preg.?

Ive been with my bf for a little over 2 months and we are quite serious about each other. He gets a call from a chick he had hooked up with a few days ago and she says shes preg. and its his. though his mom and sis say the dates dont match up. So were unsure.. and the only way too really know will to get a test done once the child is born.
I told him either way im with him 100%, but if on the off chance it is his.. what can he do to not get involved in child support? still help or support or pay her in some way.. but without having to deal with courts?

I think that he should wait until it's proven that the child is his, before he contributes a lot to the other women and the pregnancy. Get a DNA test as soon as the child is born. Definitely don't wait weeks and weeks if not longer, it's not fair on anyone. Once you know if the child is his, then you can decide how things are going to work. If the child isn't his, then that's fine, you can go your separate ways to the other woman. But if that child is his, then he should contribute 100% to that child.

I think the only way to not have to go through the courts and everything is to come up with a deal with the mother about payments and times to see the child and stick to it. Otherwise she has the right to complain about it and go through the courts to get what the child is entitled to.

But since the dates don't add up, and the child might not be his, I would wait until it's been proven that he is the father before engaging too much with this other woman, the pregnancy and the child.

He can wait until the child is born to start paying child support.
Also if he and the mother of the child can agree on a payment and get it in writing and have it stamped then they can avoid courts..
If he does this, he needs to find a way to keep receipts on all payments so if she ever goes off her rocker he has something to show to the judge

If he's not sure if the child is his, then they need to get DNA test as soon as possible after the child is born.

If he can come to an amicable agreement with the childs mother to pay child support-thats great. He would be best paying her standing order, or direct debit into a bank account so that if the time comes, if it ever does go to court, he has proof of payment made through bank statements. (If he pays her cash in hand, and she signs it off, she can always claim at a later date that he forged the signature etc and that she never received the payments)

If the "hook up" was just a few days ago as you say then the other girl's claim is 99.999999% impossible.

Firstly. I would dump the guy because after 2 months he's cheated on you. Okay. Got that out of the way...

Secondly if she does say It's his, how can she know she's even pregnant after 2 days after sleeping with him? It sounds like a lot of bull to me.

A paternity test can always tell if he is the actual father.

Judging by the way the sentence is laid out and how it is mentioned that the timing doesn't match up I have the impression that the OP is saying the actual sex occurred a few days ago.
