One pill isn't going to stop your period for this month. You'll need to continue taking the pills regularly as if it's any other month. So, tomorrow, take another pill. The next day, take another pill and so on and so forth. Remember, you could potentially alter your cycle since you are technically skipping a period, so don't be surprised if your next period is a little screwed up.
