baby weight -

I have these [Edited] pounds that I just can seem to get rid after having my babies. They are 15 months so I am running out of excuses lol. I have tried everything and I am open to any suggestions.

If your going to lose the baby weight, do it in a healthy way. Stay away from diet pills, or any sort of diet supplement. They aren't healthy for you, and you've got to stay healthy for your kids.
Maintain a balanced diet, and exercise. Walk your kids in a stroller, walk by yourself, take your kids for walks through a park. Eat foods high in protein like chicken or fish. Eat smaller meals a couple of times a day instead of larger meals 3 times a day. These all should help you lose those extra pounds. |

Try joining a gym? Or walking daily with them?
