If you're pregnant, you wouldn't be experiencing any kind of symptoms this early. But, of course, the only way to find out if you are pregnant is to take a test. I can't tell you if you are or aren't. So, that should be the first thing you do. It's been about two weeks since you've had unprotected sex, so you should get an accurate result on a pregnancy test if you were to take one now.
Taking birth control can mess up your cycle before it regulates it. I'm sensing that this is the reason why you haven't had your period yet since you JUST began taking birth control. However, you need to calm down and not freak out. Stressing out can make your period come late, or not at all for that matter. You could even put your mind in a state where it thinks it's pregnant. That's called an hysterical pregnancy. Never assume something until you know for sure what's going on. Take a test, and then you can figure out your options. |

Since it's nearly been a month since you had unprotected sex, you could definitely take a test and get an accurate result. Make sure you check the expiration dates on whichever test you buy; they're usually on the side of the boxes where they can be opened. If the date is past the expiration, make sure you choose another pregnancy test.
Also, keep in mind that the best time to take a pregnancy test is in the morning, first thing, with the first urine 'sample' of the day. The hCG hormone, or also commonly known as the pregnancy hormone, is more potent in the morning than any other time of the day. Read the instructions, and follow them carefully! Keep us updated on how things go, and just try to remain calm. I know it seems impossible, but with the added stress, you're just going to worry all the time and you shouldn't have too until you know for sure. Best of luck! |

I agree with Zelophobia take the test to make sure. If you are pregnant talk to your partner, parents, or someone else close about your options.
