Hey there,
I'm a dude so I don't have any personal experience, but from prior class I can tell you its like a hang over, at times you become extremly nauseous and you be come susceptible to a plethora of scents (based upon you). Labor tends to hurt also, when a girl goes into labor the vag!na slowly opens each time to fit the baby (called contraception) Women, correct me if I'm wrong?

Everyone's experiences are going to be different. Some girls go through pregnancy perfectly fine, as in no symptoms like morning sickness, food cravings, and the like. My sister didn't have any of these symptoms, and you would never know she was pregnant except for her belly.
Now, as for labor, I don't know. My sister is still currently pregnant, but from what I've heard, it's painful for everyone. That's why you can choose to do a natural birth (without the use of drugs to help ease the pain) or get an epidural (to help reduce the pain during labor and child birth). |

I don't know anything about what it's like to be pregnant, but labor? It hurts because your pushing something about the size of a water mellon (I think that's what it is) out of a hole that's about the size of a base ball, or around that. ^^' It stretches, to open up around the baby, of course, so... ^^' Yea. not an expert.
In a world filled with diversity, I am just another oddity.

I could feel my son moving around and such, but I can't say it really felt like I was carrying around a little human in there, or that my stomach was really being "weighed down." I did experience a lot of back pain later on in pregnancy though just from the sudden weight gain. I know you see a lot of women walking around holding their big prego bellies like they are going to fall off and roll away or something, but I think its more-so just for some extra support to ease tiredness and back pain.It hurts. Even with the medicine. On top of being painful it is utterly exhausting. Then I can't even begin to describe the recovery from labor. For me... maybe even worse than labor itself. When reality is a prison, your mind can set you free. |

Just like any other kind of medicine, it wears off over time. Labor can sometimes take hours, and if they give you an epidural early, it will wear off and you might not have a chance to have more. They usually don't give you an epidural until you've dilated to a certain centimeter. But, some doctors are different, and it just depends on when they think it's okay to give an epidural.

Everyone is different in the beginning to the end. Some people get extremely nauseated and puke, I'm lucky and only had only bad nausea, everything can change in the body from vision changes (truthfully). As for the feeling from the inside sometimes there is pressure, and sometimes there is a bit of period like cramping in the beggining which some people get which is normal. Its usually not all very noticable. This is my actual first time making it to 15 weeks so I'm still getting used to it. I lost my first baby at 14 weeks so I don't know the exact pain of labor or anything they had me on so much drugs to numb my pain that I would have no clue.
But I hope that helps
