Question do you ever feel... - November 4th 2011, 04:16 PM

do you ever feel that when you date a guy thats younger than you you tend to get in more trouble than if the guy was a girl? i feel that cops and the courts tend to do that just because im bi. has this happened to anyone else?

the reason i say this is because i like a kid thats a couple years younger than me but im afraid to talk to him in any sexual way because of the thought i could get in trouble. do you think that we shyould still tlak if his mom doesnt like the fact that hes talking to me nor does she like the fact that he is bi.

It depends on where you are and what the laws are, but I don't think the age difference is an issue. Some places any homosexual contact is a crime. That being said, it happens and unless somebody makes a complaint the cops don't know about it.

I think you're right to be concerned about him mom. She could definitely cause trouble for you.

I understand. Unless you're a mature looking 17 y/o and he's a young looking 15 y/o you could be seen together in public and no one would think anything of it.

I think your problem is his mom, who may try to make problems. Even then, you're both minors so there's a limit to what someone could do even if they wanted to. That's absolute worst case. Just be discrete, like don't rub her face in it.

I'm 17, my boyfriend is 16, and no one gives us any grief. But almost everyone thinks we are just friends.
