Hey everyone.
Most of you probably don't know who I am, but I used to go on here all day every day. Then I stopped for a few months. Then I came back again. Then I left again (my profile claims that my last post was 1/13/11). And now I'm back again, but I'm not sure if I'm going to stay. You see, I'm looking at all the forum categories, and they're all about needing help with stuff. I don't need help anymore. I've been out of hospitals and suicidal-thought-and-mood-swing-free for the past six or seven months. Which is basically a record for me. I figured I would update you all on my transition, as I haven't been on here since I started transitioning medically. Two days from now will be my five-month-on-testosterone anniversary. I think I might make a separate post about the effects I have seen so far. Last Monday (a week ago from yesterday) I scheduled me top surgery. On February 16th, I will be going in to have top surgery with Dr. Melissa Johnson in Springfield, MA. I have a lot to talk about about that, so I think I might make a separate post about that, too. That's basically my medical transition. I've been stealth in a few different environments, but for the most part everyone around me knows that I am trans. I don't mind to a huge extent, but I still do sort of wish they didn't know. I have a group of friends at school, and am a lot less shy than I used to be. I do presentations in front of the class, and pretty well, too. I talk to people in stores when I need help finding something. I don't know what else to say. As I already said, I'm not sure how much use I will get out of TeenHelp anymore, as I don't really have many issues going on in my life. Either way, it's nice to be back, if only for a little bit. Hey, I'm Jonah. I like Degrassi, writing, and hanging out with friends. I'm sixteen years old and I am FTM transgender, although these days I identify more as just plain male.
I just wrote up a huge thing about the significance of my username, just to find out it was too long. So if you're curious about it, feel free to ask me. I used to go on here a lot, but lately I don't go on very much at all. Either way, you should still leave me a message some time, I'm very friendly  |
