I'm out as bisexual to a few close friends. As far as I know I am the only bisexual girl in my year. I'm sure there are more but everyone's so secretive about it and it's sooooo annoying. I have my suspicions about a few people but I can't be sure. Anyway's the problem is I really want a girlfriend. Alllll my friends have boyfriends and I could have one too if I really wanted but I'm just not interested in boys for the time being. I always think to myself "I can't wait until im 18 so I can visit gay bars" then I think "shit, I have no gay friends and I seriously doubt any of my straight friends would be interested in coming". It seem's to me that this is probably the only way to find them O_O there are no lgbt clubs at my school or w/e either. I'm not 18 for another 8 months which sucks :\ unless someone can teleport me Megan Fox I doubt there is anything you can do. I just needed to vent.

I know exactly what you mean, I'm out as lesbian in my school and there's no others in my year, no clubs either, I can't even find any for young lgbt in the surrounding areas. If I find a way of teleporting you Megan Fox can you teleport me Anne Hathaway? :L

You could join an online group for LGBT teens, or sign up on a dating site... that's what I did, anyway.

I came out this year. It took a lot of effort and there are still a lot of people that i don't want to know. My mom knows and I actually regret telling her somedays but she wont tell anyone else... i don't get that but w/e. I know how you feel though. I don't want a boyfriend right now...ive never been all THAT interested in guys anyways... but there are no girls that are around me that aren't taken or would ever go out with me :/

I'm having the same problem. I'm a lesbian and I have come out to a few friends but that's it. I know there other girl in my grade but I don't know what to do or how to ask anyone out. I'm to scared because the one girl I did ask out rejected me and I was really hurt. I think I should ask someone out that I like now but I just don't know how to tell if some people are LBGT.

I haven't come out to anybody (I'm bi) and I know what you mean about everyone being so secretive. I was almost going to tell one of my close friends, but I realized that I would probably be put down. Not by her, but by everyone else. People don't really like new ideas around here. I need to come out though, because it is getting very hard to keep this a secret.

I know how you feel. I really want a grilfriend too. There are other bi people in my grade, they just don't say much about it. My best friend is bi and I really like her, but it might only be as friends. There aren't any clubs like that at my school, but to the school LGBT dosen't let people who want to be in the club actually be in it. The school only considers it for Gays, Lesbians, Bisexuals, and Transgenders. So it's not fair to everybody. They might allow GSA, but I don't know. If you want to talk, PM me.

One of my friends is bi, and she came out a year ago. Fortunately, her family dealt with it remarkably. They had no problem in accepting her. Same went with her friends. Yes, some of the narrow-minded people did give her a hard time, but she didn't bother to pay attention to them. She said that she is unique in a special way and no one can change that. So I would say that you should come out. It's nothing to be ashamed/scared of. All the best! xx

I haven't come out yet. (im bi, leaning more towards girls) I agree that its annoying. Except it the opposite for me. I like a girl at my school who's lesbian but no one knows im bi. I hope you find someone.

Well, that sucks- premote yourself, I find, once you come out, people come out to you. I have slightly the same problem, but it's not like I don't know anyone who is LGBPTQ (-P and Q stand for Pansexual and Queer/Questioning) I do, and I know no one is interested and all that.

(The heartbreak of knowing everyone's not hetero, but knowing their not interested :P)
