I really need help. I want to be a girl. I looked at some procedures and I'm tempted, but I don't know. And I want someone I can talk to about it. I want someone to care. I want to be held. I'm really starting to freak out. I just don't know what to do.

I know what you mean. I nearly broke down tonight for the same reason (different surgeries through.) - ^^ Don't worry if you don't know what to do RIGHT NOW, you'll know when your ready to know (it's what I'm doing right now.)
