So first off, im 13, a female, and im Pansexual. (im out about it)
I had a crush on my best friend for a while and one of our guy friends was teasing me asking if i'd ever been sexually atracted to her. i always shrugged it off. until now. i texted her one night asking if she'd ever thought of being with another girl. she replied asking if i'd started having feelings for her.. so i said yes. i spent the night at her house the next night. we snuggled and stuff, and she asked me to kiss her. So we kissed. i asked her out, she told meshe thought she was bi, and she said yes.. and the next night, nothing happened. Now she ignores it and wont talk about it. Someone please help me...im so confused. Rien ne Va arreter ma quete pour te trouver♥

The only thing I can think of to suggest is, give her space. She might be freaking out about herself and wondering and questioning herself.

Contrast to the first user, I would recommend you ask her about it. If she doesn't want to talk about it, then give her some space, but first, maybe you need to be there for her. She's just figuring out her sexuality, she may really just need to talk about how she is feeling with somebody who understands.

You really should talk to her about it.. But just make sure when you talk to her, don't put extra pressure on the situation. Be understanding and caring, but don't be forceful. Being with someone of the same sex for the first time is intimidating, certainly if she never fully thought about it before.
