Pick 1

Had an accident or cannot respond due to other reasons
Needs time to think about stuff concerning you
Made the decision not to talk to you anymore

The problem is, as far as I know none of us are mind readers

It happens a lot. People change, he is not into you. However, he is being mean by just ignoring you instead of contacting you. It is more common for girls to do this then guys. Just move on or confront him. It is not your fault.

There could be a lot of reasons
* maybe his phone broke and it never occurred to him that him being unable to text might upset you
* maybe someone told him something about you that upset him and he's icing you out because he doesn't know how else to deal with it
* maybe he was arrested (ok, that's highly unlikely, you'd probably know cause of gossip)
* maybe his parents took his phone

Have you tried texting him? If you haven't initiated any contact, you can't really get angry/upset with him for not answering. He could be just as angry that the only way you guys talk is if he initiates and might think you don't care if you won't even initiate (thus isn't talking to you until you prove that you can initiate)

Do you have him on facebook or see him at school? If you have another way to contact him, I'd use it and just see what's up. It could be nothing, maybe he just got bored of empty texts and was waiting for something important to come up.

Feel free to PM me if you ever need to chat or have questions

Be really really nice to him in person to see if he's angry at you or not.

If he is angry at you, try and invite him to a movie or something to try and cheer him up.
