They would just generally be acting strange. I didn't exactly know they were cheating at first, but I could tell something was up. Then they started trying to hide things... text messages, phone calls, IMs. Eventually I'd start hearing it from friends that he was cheating.

Ohh I don't know...between the flat out lies, like when she said she was forced into the military, my friend did a background check...not even registered.
Ohh what else...all the times she was on the phone with another guy, I ignored it then one day chose to ask her if he was saying anything naughty, she didn't say anything back. What else... oh she tried hooking up with my best friend. Uhmm. Lied to me a lot about her conversations. Friend checked her chat history and it was definitely rated R. As for how I knew instinctively...I knew from the start. Why would anyone want to date a pathetic thing like me? I'm not built like a bodybuilder, not gifted like a porn star, not funny like a comedian, not wealthy like bill gates. I have nothing. Therefore, it's fairly obvious she would have cheated from the start. She had a kid but I didnt' care, I was head over heels and pushed myself in school so I could support her life. Guess that's what I get for thinking someone could actually love me. |

Well I'm no relationship expert, and we weren't serious with each other. I learn from my past relationships. It just became clear to me. He's a douche, end of story.
