Ok. So. I talked my guy friend into going downtown with me. He's going to invite some other people but I dunno if they'll come. Problem is, I have a major crush on the guy. He's not interested at all. I'm ok with that, I just want to be his friend. But I'm really concerned I'll slip up when we go downtown, and try to make a move on him. I don't want to, I want to respect his wishes, but I want to hang out with him because he's a great friend. Urgh. Help?

Just be urself around him just like how you are any other time.Is there a reason why he doesnt like u the way you like him ?But the only thing i can say is keep thinking to yourself be good remember his wishs and be strong ur going to do ok

You've got to give yourself more credit, Alice. =) Just because you're a 14-year-old girl doesn't mean you completely lack control over your actions. If you want to hug/kiss him, but know he doesn't want you to do either of those things, then you CAN resist the urge to do so. I hope you have/had a great time with your friend!
