How to talk to this really cute girl even though I'm shy

Ok. So I saw this really cute girl at Lunch. And I saw she has a class beside mine afterward. She is just sooo cute but I'm really shy.
I have major social anxiety and I always hate talking to people because I always have this feeling that they're gonna hate me :P. I probably over think and worry too much but I can't help it. I've always been like this but I'm tired of it.

She's kinda shy, nerdy looking. Which is my type. How can I talk to her without creeping her out or making her think I'm weird or give her the wrong impression? How can I meet her? What should I say? Anything. I would appreciate it if some people would answer but no ones probably not gonna see this. And tell me if you had any similar experiences and what you did in that situation.

That's very cute, and seems like you hav a good type in a girl.
Confrontation and getting to meet someone is very nerve recking for the matter.
To start out the way your going, try flirting wth her in the smallest ways. When you pass her, smile at her to get her to notice you. In high school the best way to get to know a stranger is get a group of friends with you and talk to her, so you feel less intimidated. Or find out someone who knows her and maybe talk to you for her?. Wish the best of luck (:

Why don't you go up to her during lunch and ask to join her at the table she sits at? That way, you can introduce yourself and get to know her better.

This, with one addition. If she's with a group, you talk to the whole group, not just her. If you zero in on her and ignore everyone she's sitting with, you just come across as creepy. And getting her friends onside will ease your path into her pants.

Giving her a big smile when you pass her next will make sure she remembers you. As long as it's a flirty smile, not a cheesy/creepy one, then she'll remember you for the wrong reasons.

Ask her for help in something... even if you don't need it. That way you feel like you actually have a purpose instead of walking into a conversation blindly then proceed to converse.

The line that I always use when I see a cute guy at school is "Hey I noticed you have a class next to mine, what are you taking? Is it fun?" And that usually sparks up a conversation. Good luck
