I'm going to tell this as quickly and plainly as possibly.

-Used to like girl, still kinda like her. Never completely stopped.
-Talked on Sunday, she asked me if I was free this week so we could hang out
-Blah blah, say that "well, we can go out, or we can come back to my place, get fucked up,and watch law and order/ First 48 all night, or any combination there of"
-Her: "Haha yessss I like those options. maybe pick something up to eat and watch either of those shows?"
-Think I'm in
-Ask her what day is good for her
-No response
-leave her with "ok, lets go with Thursday night, I figure I'll pick you up around 10 and we'll go from there"
-still no response, despite getting into a poke war and a brief banter on a picture she uploaded.


And that's where I'm at. I feel like I'm going insane, because I tried asking if thursday worked for her while in the midst fo the poke war, while she was signed onto messenger...

NO STILL GOT NO FUCKING RESPONSE.

I mean what the fuck is this shit? How are you going to initiate making plans with somebody like that, and then... bam, nothing.

Fuck me man. Did I hit the reset switch or something?

Maybe she's just trying to figure out if Thursday is a good day for her? You can't automatically jump to conclusions. If she doesn't respond by tomorrow, simply say "So, I assume Thursday is no good for you?" and see she says. If she still doesn't respond, then it would be fair to be upset.

I agree with Shannon. She hasn't said no, so I would just take that as a yes if she never answers. Next time you see her, I'd talk to her about it and ask her to make sure to keep you updated next time.

I just don't get it though. If it was a matter of her not being sure, then I could deal with that, IF SHE HAD SAID ANYTHING. But she hasn't in regards to it, at all.

Which is whats bugging me I guess.

To be more accurate, I gotta know the full details about what's been going on. From what you've described, I think she may be questioning your motives on inviting her back to your place. Telling her "oh...we can go out...OR we can go back to my place and...ya know...watch movies..." is like saying "I wouldn't mind going out...but I'd rather get high, watch movies, and try and get lucky." Unless she knows that you wouldn't take advantage of her, she could be getting cold feet about that. The only thing I would suggest you do is continue your pursuit. If it's a first date, ask her where she'd be willing to go. You've made your suggestion about Thursday, so talking about the things you can do can give her more motivation to follow through with everything. Be proactive. Unless she tells you that she's changed her mind, then you have to continue with the date assuming that she's just nervous about everything but agreed to it.
