I think the dude I like might like me back. Please bear in mind that I'm completely biased to hoping he likes me.


Basically, we had a class together last semester and a class together this semester. Last semester he talked to me a lot, he stole my backpack, seemed to enjoy pestering me. He knows I like The White Stripes, and one day he randomly started playing Seven Nation Army about two feet away from me and kept playing it until one of my friends broke my attention. This semester, he played with the zipper on my shoes rather out of the blue when I sat directly next to him (it was the only seat open in class, otherwise I wouldn't have been nearly so brave). I think he might also have been looking at me from occassion to occassion. On Thursday he saw that I was getting ready to leave, slowed up to let me go first, and spoke to me all the way to the stairs.


He's my best friend's cousin.

But anyway, moving past that, I have no clue how to flirt back when he does. I'm extremely shy when I think that a guy that I like might be interested in me. So, I need tips, hints, encouragement: Just about anything.

Start talking to him more - get his number! Add him on facebook! Chill with him outside of class (not needing to be in this order). But also take your time and be yourself.
