whats going on? - January 7th 2012, 02:40 PM

okay so i have been with my boyfriend for 9 months now and i love him very much.... a couple of months ago i had a miscarriage and ever since i have been finding it really difficult to feel anything sexually and i really dont know why this is but it is causing problems in my relationships... i dont know whether its just because i started the pill after the misscariage as well as going back on anti depressants and its messing with my hormones or what but all i know is before i had a miscarriage i never had this problem (we couldnt keep our hands off each other )

im just so confused....i just want things to get back to normal where we are happy n everything feels perfect.....

After something as traumatic as a miscarriage, what you're feeling is normal. It actually may be the medications you're taking that are causing you feel to this way, but don't quote me. Do some research on the antidepressants you're on, and see if lack of libido is one of the side effects.

I agree with Shannon. I would also recommend maybe going to the doctors and just telling him you had a miscarriage, and now you are on antidepressant pills and you aren't feeling as sexually charged - they may be able to tell you whats going on and/or how to improve/change certain things.

Best wishes,
Chris
