how do i know if he likes me

Hey, Im 13 and im was wondering, how do i know if a guy likes me?
Because all of my friends are telling me these 4 guys in our group like me, and i wanted to know if there was anyway of telling, (E.G how they act, speak,ect) when there around me.

any tips would be extremely helpful

Sometimes you can tell if they talk to you a lot, seem to want to to talk to you over everyone else, tease you, avoid eye contact, make too much eye contact, seems to be acting a bit 'awkward'.

There isn't a sure fire way of knowing besides asking them, but sometimes that can make them deny it. Spend time with them and see if they seem to be acting any different from other guys you've spent time with.

I'd be careful about this, just speaking from previous experience. My friends though it would be a hilarious idea to tell me that this guy in our group liked me, so when I started acting on it I made the biggest idiot of myself.

I don't know what the guys are like in your group, but if they start acting differently around you its a sign that you're obviously having an impact on them. Depends on what type of person they are, but generally (especially for your age group) if they start being particularly silly or stupid or showing off then they are trying to catch your attention.

My advice, is to just ignore what your friends are saying and find out for yourself. See if they are trying to catch your attention, spend time with them and see if they act differently. You could be straight out with it and ask them, but that has a high rate of backfiring.

All guys are different - any will act and show there feelings differently. Here are some basic ways he may show that he likes you.

•He could be giving off body language - If he likes you, you may see that he rarely turns his back to you, often leans towards you, and also looks at you a lot.

•Eye to eye contact often

•If he starts talking about himself - chances are he is nervous and is trying to make himself look good so that you may be attracted to him.

•Touchy Feely. He may touch you more often that needed - thats a sign of him being flirty or liking you.

•See if hes nervous

•Pay attention to his friends - most of the time they know he likes you, and will be smiling or laughing while he is talking to you.

•Don't ignore him if he shows interest in you.

•Flirting.

•Complimenting you.
