Hookups; yay or nay? -

I go to a small high school currently, so hookups aren't common among us because we most definately will see the person again. After reading some College magazines though, these instances seem to be more popular than I thought.
So basically, I'm interested in some opinions (because people's opinions around here a biased on this matter). Is hooking up with a person looked on as a good thing or a bad thing? If life seems jolly rotten, there's something you've forgotten. And that's to laugh and smile and dance and sing. -♪♪♪- Always look on the bright side of life.  |

It all depends on what YOU think. How do you feel about hearing other girls and boys hooking up with random strangers or friends? You always have a chance of running into them after the hook up.
In my opinion, I could never just "hook up" with a random person or someone I view as a friend. It could end up being awkward, or more commonly, I'll end up regretting it. I prefer to be intimate with someone who I'm in a relationship with. If you're thinking of hooking up with people, do it the safe way! I think it's fine as long as you're into it personally. I think I would consider doing more hook up relationships if I wasn't in the steady, happy relationship I am in. I don't think badly of people who do them, it's just what works for them for that period of time. Just protect yourself, and you're all good.

I used to hook up with a guy a few months back. I don't regret it or anything, but I'm sure it will be awkward if we ever run into each other.
